Jamie wants to put Jason Trawick as co-trustee of Britney!

According to TMZ, Britney Spears is about to take a more responsible for their protection in justice: now is the time of her boyfriend, Jason Trawick.

Sources told the site that the current trustees of Britney come with a petition in court to add Jason Trawick as its co-curator, a change that Jamie Spears makes total sense, because the two are getting married soon. The father of the singer still would have said is very excited about the change in guardianship.

With this news, it becomes increasingly difficult to imagine that when Britney will resume control of your own life.

PEOPLE magazine has brought more details about the news. According to the publication, Jason only has the legal control over the general welfare of Spears - not your finances, how people can deduct. In general, a conservative can make decisions about the care of a person with their food, clothing and medical care. But a source revealed that Spears has a lot of freedom and the protection is merely a "formality."

"This is a very unusual, because usually you do not see a healer marrying the person he cares", says Jeffrey S. Cohen, a Los Angeles attorney not involved with the case. "This may be a sign that marriage is about to happen. It's probably some sort of compromise between Britney, her father and Trawick to make the marriage begins with right foot. Obviously, your husband needs to have a word of authority in their welfare."

Jamie Spears has maintained legal control over his daughter and his multimillion dollar fortune since February 2008, after the singer suffered a psychological collapse. The protection will remain active until the judge overseeing the case is satisfied, on the report of the medical Spears, she is healthy enough to take control of their own interests.

Jamie Spears wants liberate Britney their protection!

Despite the media and fans describe themselves as a father Jamie Spears is greedy, it's who is taking the first steps to end the guardianship on the personal and professional interests of Britney Spears, according to Britain's Daily Mail.

"Jamie wants to go to court in early February so that Britney is a free woman, in every sense, when you marry", says a source. "Jamie hopes to achieve in time of their nuptials, which reportedly will be held on Valentine's Day on the Hawaiian island of Maui."

The Los Angeles Superior Court also reports that there is a hearing scheduled for April 25 to set the trust, in force since February 2008.

Britney can regain control of his life in February!

On Thursday (19) was held in Los Angeles a hearing to discuss issues related to the legal guardianship of Jamie Spears, who manages the finances and the life of Britney since 2008.

Now, some British tabloids claim that the singer will regain control of your own life from February, when the "curator" Jamie will be closed.

"Jamie wants to go to court in early February, so Britney will be a free woman in every way when you decide to get married", would have said a source who has said she intends to marry Jason Trawick on Valentine's Day (in the United will be celebrated on February 14) on the island of Maui in Hawaii.

Custody of Britney will be reviewed in January and may finally end!

Britney's engagement is a great event, but the impact that has on their future marriage guardianship is even bigger! It marks the first step for Britney have their civil rights back and you can bet she will not commit the same mistakes again.

Britney is under the tutelage of her father Jamie Spears and his lawyer, Andrew Wallet, who takes care of judgments for the singer's personal affairs and their property. In other words, Britney can not legally hire your own lawyer, spend your own money (no weekly limit) or make decisions for children without the consent of his guardian. However, Britney finally made a decision for themselves: said YES for Jason Trawick. Now she needs her father agree to this.

"Britney can do anything it wants under the umbrella, but that's not cool. If she marries without the permission of his father, the marriage is void, without legal effect - would be like a casameto illegal. First it must be allowed of his father. And in case you get a 'no' to her father, she would need to ask the court to intervene in the decision of his father, which probably will not happen", said attorney Mark McBride.

The protection of Britney will be reviewed in January, while the case against Sam Lutfi "slander and defamation" by Lynne Spears will go on trial. Funny moment, right? Wrong. Tutors want to keep safe from Britney depoista by Sam, who wants to clear his name over allegations that the singer would have given drug. With the freedom of Britney, she is susceptible to the process and will have to personally go to court to tell about the problems that went public.

"If the protection ends, the attorney Sam will call her to testify."
However, it seems that something is not hitting. Britney Spears CDs, has toured the world, gives interviews and keeps a loving relationship with family and friends. It is not the best person to have so many restrictions.

"Guardianship is a legal plan to protect people from themselves. This plan is put into practice if the person is acting wrongly, taking many bad financial decisions and is mentally disabled, so that their day-to day are affected."

Leaving the problems judificias a little aside, Britney is very happy with Jason. "He's great with the kids too.'s Been a good father/husband."

If Jamie authorize the marriage of Jason and Britney, but Britney does not want to release from custody, a request may be made to the court to transfer the rights statutes for Jason. Or, you can trade Jason finances and even a pre-nuptial agreement to sign Jamie, not Britney.

The big question is: Why did it take four years for the issues of custody to return to the press?

"I do not understand why Britney did not ask to end the guardianship. It's been almost four years since she came under the powers of his father. The fact is that if she did not ask to end the agreement, possibly it is not yet fully recovered. She has enough money to hire an excellent team of lawyers to end the guardianship. Of course, this approach is somewhat cyclical, as Jamie must grant permission for Britney to pay for their lawyers. Well, if it will end the guardianship sane enough to depose on the trial of Sam Lutfi. "

Britney thanks his father for saving his life!

According to the site RadarOnline, the triumphant return of Britney Spears to receiving the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award at the VMA's last Sunday had a special taste for the pop star, who thanked her father, Jamie Spears, for saving his life.

Jamie became the tutor of Britney for almost three years ago after a series of public humiliations committed by his daughter, who has since made a comeback in his life.

"Britney recognizes that his father had not intervened and acted the way he acted, so ... Britney is giving credit to Jamie for saving his life," a source told Radar Online. "Britney is at the top of the world now. She is preparing for the next leg of their world tour, which will return on September 22 in Moscow. Her father is with her in some performances in Europe, as well as his mother. Their relationship is very good at the moment. She was very emotional backstage at the VMAs and kept telling him how much she loved him."

"Britney has always known that one would return. She just had no idea it would be at this level", the source said.

In time there will be a routine hearing on the conservatorship of Britney to deal with accounting problems. "After the completion of the tour, which will end later this year, doctors and counselors will meet and decide how long the conservatorship will continue. There is a high chance that the final decision is that people end the conservatorship in early 2012."

Britney's life depends on two conservatism - on a personal life, including expenses, purchases, investments, and another on their business. "It is likely that the business conservatorship lasts longer, even if it is determined that it does not need more than one for your personal life. The idea is that so she will have a gradual transition, and Spears will have her life back on their own."

Britney may have another reason to celebrate in 2012. "Jason (Trawick) is leading (the relationship) Britney very, very seriously. He let out who wants to marry Britney. It's just a matter of time before the engagement - and if the conservatorship of Britney's personal life is deleted, then it will be much easier for Jason to make the proposal. He does not want to feel pressured, it will happen at the right time."

Britney may be subject to a new psychiatric evaluation!

Ever since Britney Spears shaved her head, became involved with the police for traffic problems and demonstrated the loss of control of his career, the pop singer's mental state has been questioned by everyone. His career is on the rise again, with a hit album and a tour in June, but the question of his mental competence is still relevant.

The ex-manager of Spears, Sam Lutfi, filed a lawsuit against the singer's mother, Lynne Spears, Britney and wants to give his testimony in the case. Britney's parents, however, not allowed, saying that Britney is mentally unable to testify. In a petition filed on Monday (9) in the Superior Court of Los Angeles, Lutfi asks the judge to order a psychiatric evaluation of the singer to prove that the allegation of his parents is a farce.

Despite the return of Britney, she is still under the tutelage of her father, Jamie Spears, and the family lawyer Andrew Wallet. Both are hesitant to let the singer approaching Lutfi, who was fired in 2008.

As detailed in the latest book released by Lynne Spears, Through the Storm (The History Behind the Success), Lutfi would have been a great manipulator who secretly drugged Britney, cut its forms of communication and mobility, and established himself as a "guardian" celebrity to be sacked.

Sam says that all charges are not true. He claims that Britney's life was already a mess before you even get involved with it. He is suing his mother for defamation, and in November of last year, the Court of Appeals rejected the initial application process. So the battle has begun.

The former manager of Britney now wants to give his side of the story, but she and her guardians did not want that.

For his part, Lutfi points to the recent MTV documentary about the singer, a world tour and an interview with Ryan Seacrest Britney in March as circumstantial evidence that the singer has her wits about her again.

Although Britney has not yet undergone a psychiatric evaluation, Sam has demonstrated its own expert, assistant professor of psychiatry Joshua Pretsky of UCLA for analysis.

"In an interview with Ryan Seacrest, which was recorded about two months, Britney Spears is interviewed in detail, and she responds in a logical and coherent questions, revealing logical thinking and his mental competence. Interviews edited video documentary on [MTV] also shows the consistent and logical thinking, the ability to answer the questions, and mental competence ... In my opinion, there are good reasons to be performed an independent medical examination to investigate the claim that the tutors claim that Britney Spears is not mentally competent to testify, and asserting that she was not mentally competent to enter into a contract", shows the declaration of the court Pretsky.

Naturally, the assessment may have other impacts beyond just showing that Britney may or may not testify in the case of Lutfi. If she is declared mentally competent, it can help to end the tutelage of his father and the family lawyer, making the singer 29 years responsible for his own life again.

Britney could end his guardianship!

The gossip website The Hollywood Gossip issued a statement saying something quite interesting: the tutelage of Britney will end only when she took the initiative.

Established in February 2008, the authority that her father Jamie Spears has under it, will end when the lawyers responsible for the case present a petition to the judge at the request of Britney herself.

After the application is open, is at the discretion of the judge to consider whether the singer is able to make decisions involving their personal and professional interests. In this case, the progress in his behavior, would serve as good points to end the guardianship, but would hardly do that open court, on its own, the review of guardianship.

Although Jamie has proven a hard father last year, he began to give more freedom to his daughter that year, which may be why Britney has no interest, so far, in requesting the order of guardianship.

TMZ reveals details about the care of Britney

According to sources in the gossip website TMZ, Britney Spears's tutelage became a mere formality - because now it is she who takes almost every decision in your own life.

Spears' father, Jamie Spears, is the conservative official has the power to make choices for her daughter. But sources of the site ensures that Jamie has deliberately retreated, allowing it to take control and decide where it goes, whatcha gonna do with the kids, etc..

Last year, sources said the family's plan was to end the trusteeship in May and June (this time), but it seems that it will be months, even though Jamie is ready to let Britney open and return to his home in Louisiana.

At last report, the psychiatrist appointed by the judge conducted a new assessment about the case and is presenting its findings to the court. All involved have said that Britney is a person completely different from that in January 2008 when it was considered a case "5150" - a person who may be hospitalized involuntarily if offers danger to herself or others.

RUMOR: Britney is forbidden by her father to go without a bra!

Britney at a gas station with a bottle of Fanta in hand and no bra.

According to information from The Sun, the father of Britney Spears, Jamie Spears, would have barred her from leaving the house without a bra.

Jamie - who has legal control of his daughter - fearing she would again face the problems he suffered in 2007. The English tabloid says that he was embarrassed by the paparazzi walking out in magazines, where the nipples are the sample.

The matter would be taken so seriously that Jamie would dismiss the particular security threat if they were new photos published in magazines in the coming weeks.

A friend revealed: "Jamie's control of Britney's life is incredible. He hates pictures of her with her nipples showing and so forbade her to leave without a bra. He wants her to have a good image".

They also say that Jamie would have forced Britney to finish with her boyfriend and agent Jason Trawick in dating because I would be concerned about disturbing his mental health after all that happened. [Jamie was not in love with Jason?]

Britney's Appearance at Court of Los Angeles has been postponed!

It was expected that Britney Spears appeared in court on Tuesday, but his visit was postponed - but either way, the end of guardianship is near, says TMZ.

Britney was to meet with Judge Reva Goetz at 12:30 pm (local time) to discuss their progress, but his visit was postponed because, according to sources, both sides need more time to prepare for the hearing.

Given the progress, the judge intends to meet with Britney again to deliver his opinion on the case.

By contrast, the LA Superior Court Web site said earlier that today's hearing will address a current account, which probably would not need the presence of the singer.

Earlier this week, possibly happened a hearing in order to set some decisions regarding the current account of the singer, as we reported.

The LA Superior Court site also contains information about the upcoming hearings of the tutelage of Britney Spears will be held in the Supreme Court of Los Angeles.

While we can not confirm the information contained on the site really seem to be true. Here are the probable dates of the hearings:

16.03 - Current account
16.03 - State general supervision
16.03 - Wages (James Spears and lawyer)
19.03 - Evaluation of documents
03.05 - Final evaluation of the protection

In March we will have four hearings in May and the definition of protection - its likely end. All hearings take place in the morning (local time).

TMZ has a kind of connection with the court, including already made several requests for materials protection. Out of curiosity, the tabloid said yesterday that Britney failed to complete the purchase of the Maserati GranTurismo estimated at U.S.$150 thousand dollars. And the most interesting, Lynne Spears has expressed interest in sharing the administration of the guardianship of her daughter with former husband Jamie, but the request was denied by the court.

"The problem started when Lindsay asked Britney for advice to start putting your career on track", a source told the tabloid American. "They just talked by phone - but when Britney told Jamie, he exploded".

Jamie would have immediately turned to Lindsay's aides and said they would not put a new contact, as he believes best for your daughter is to stay away from bad influences. Britney in turn would have felt humiliated and embarrassed.
