Britney's Appearance at Court of Los Angeles has been postponed!

It was expected that Britney Spears appeared in court on Tuesday, but his visit was postponed - but either way, the end of guardianship is near, says TMZ.

Britney was to meet with Judge Reva Goetz at 12:30 pm (local time) to discuss their progress, but his visit was postponed because, according to sources, both sides need more time to prepare for the hearing.

Given the progress, the judge intends to meet with Britney again to deliver his opinion on the case.

By contrast, the LA Superior Court Web site said earlier that today's hearing will address a current account, which probably would not need the presence of the singer.
