Britney earns more than US$ 68 million on their world tour!

The Pollstar, a site specializing in concerts, released its annual ranking of the tours that grossed more in the world throughout the year.

The Femme Fatale Tour, which promoted the singer's seventh album, and bearing the same name, was the eleventh in the ranking, with 68.7 million dollars collected in 82 shows. The average price of tickets for Britney was $98, selling about 700,000 tickets in total on the tour, and billing about $858,000 per show! The five biggest tours of 2011 were U2, Take That, Bon Jovi, Taylor Swift and Roger Waters, respectively.

For those who do not remember the last tour of Britney, The Circus Starring: Britney Spears, was ranked fifth in 2009, earning just over 130 million with 98 shows and was the second largest women's tour of the year, second only to Madonna. The results of the new tour are obviously inferior to those achieved with the Circus, it has not been exploited to the maximum capacity arenas with the show in 2011. In some shows, for example, only 50% of the seats in the arenas were provided by the organizers.

Britney is on the cover of the new issue of Billboard!

Billboard magazine has in its new edition (May 21) the major concerts that will shake the U.S. summer, and Britney Spears on the cover next to Bono, Rick Ross, Taylor Swift and Janelle Monae an illustration.

In the article that talks about the shows, the magazine separated performances by local - stadiums, amphitheaters and arenas - but that does not mean that the artists listed in each category will perform only in a designated place, since it was just a way that Billboard found to organize the article.

Britney appears in the list of singers who will dominate the arenas, and the magazine talks about the sale of tickets. "This tour has received much attention from the outset. Minutes after Britney announced on Good Morning America ABC that would tour North America with Enrique Iglesias, Billboard revealed that Iglesias was out of the plan. A few days later it was announced that Nicki Minaj fill the vacancy. Live Nation will produce the tour, which begins June 17 in Sacramento, Calif., and is planned for nearly 40 shows. Last time, Spears left with AEG Live Circus on tour in 2009. Seen as a return, the tour grossed $ 120 million around the world, selling 1.3 million tickets to 84 concerts. One detail: the Reign Deer Management Larry Rudolph, who manages Spears, is now affiliated with Front Line Group, a group of entrepreneurs is a division of Live Nation Entertainment, chaired by the head of Live Nation, Irving Azoff. Rumors in the industry indicate that sales primeras are not very impressive, but if you make enough concerts, Spears will not be surprised to see among the top 25 artists on tour until the end of the year",the article says.

Speaking about the tour, the singer Sabi, who participates in track (Drop Dead) album Beautiful Femme Fatale, told MTV the benefit dinner sponsored by Spears that she will attend the show on a few dates, including Los Angeles, Las Vegas and New York . "No [I have not rehearsed]. I've been rehearsing for the Wango Tango", said Sabi. "I do not know [what will happen on the tour], I'm just excited. It's not every day that we have this kind of opportunity, so I'm just ready to go and shatter."

Sabi also commented that since the launch of Femme Fatale album in March, she is enjoying increasing visibility in the world of pop music. "I have become increasingly busy since then. Before, my work was at a slower pace, but now things are starting to bear fruit. So this is great because that's what I wanted. I wanted to get to that level where I could really make great choices for my career and I'm here now, so this is great."

Information on the new tour for Britney Spears!

Despite not knowing who will join Britney Spears when she started touring the Femme Fatale in American summer, her longtime manager Larry Rudolph recently gave MTV News a few tips on how the show will be. According to him, the shows in Las Vegas and San Francisco held last week for Britney, give a hint of visual spectacle of the tour.

"This is exactly the direction we are taking", he explained, saying that the show is futuristic and post-apocalyptic, a vibe that fits the second single from Femme Falale. "Till The World Ends remains an issue for us."

The shows (the promotional tour) were a combination of animated hits that are present on the album, which has a concept of party and fun to the extreme, with bright clothes and sexy, and daring movements of choreography.

"The way we see the concept for a show like this is sitting with Britney, she tells us that she is interested in and what inspires it", said Rudolph. "We started with songs from the album, we started coming up with concepts and basic and general. She says what matters and what motivates them, and from that, we're going after the review by Jamie King (musical director of the tour) and Brian Fridman (choreographer)."

It is hoped that the tour begins on June 17 in Sacramento, and has 26 dates scheduled throughout North America, ending on August 13 in Toronto. Britney's team declined to comment on the departure of Enrique Iglesias of tour.

This news confirms the information of insiders and a poster that appeared this week on the Internet, realizing that the tour will even be called Till The World Ends Tour.

Nicki Minaj should open a new tour!

After Enrique Iglesias, leaving the new tour for Britney Spears, two other names were bandied about to open the concerts of the singer: D Pauly, a famous DJ in the United States, and Joe Jonas, who is venturing on a solo career.

But the tabloid TMZ revealed that there is a third - and strongest - the name to open the shows: the rap and hip hop singer Nicki Minaj! That she released her first album, Pink Friday last year and made several partnerships with stars such as Will.I.Am, Rihanna, Drake, Eminem, Natasha Bedingfield, Christina Aguilera and Kanye Wes.

In January, Nicki said this about Britney to the French newspaper Le Grand: "I do not know if Britney knows his power and influence. Britney is sacred. Over the last ten years nobody could touch her. Britney is queen, no one can deny that."

The singer's long awaited tour of North America begins in the city of Sacramento - on June 17 - and ends in Toronto - on August 13.

Spokesman Enrique Iglesias, the singer confirms departure of the tour!

The release of Britney Spears for her new album had a rough start on Tuesday (29), when the Spanish singer Enrique Iglesias denied he would tour with the pop star.

Earlier in the day, Spears said the two would cross North America in June, but his announcement was greeted with skepticism almost immediately.

Iglesias has shows scheduled in Europe until six days before the start of Britney's tour in Sacramento, which would not give him much time to prepare for a new journey in North America. It was unclear who opened the show who and what the similarity of the two musical artists to perform this tour.

The spokesman Enrique released a statement confirming that the tour will not actually happen.

"Unfortunately, Enrique Iglesias and Britney Spears will not come on tour together. Despite initial reports based on formal discussions about the possibility of touring, Enrique will continue on his solo tour to promote her new album Euphoria. Enrique has a lot of respect for Britney and is a fan of his work. He is very sorry for any confusion this may have caused", the statement said.
His spokesman declined to comment further and the Spears team has yet to speak on the subject. A representative of the producer responsible for the tour, Live Nation, said any question about the incident should be referred directly to the representatives of Iglesias.

The unexpected change in plans has not been understood by the fans and the press since it was announced that Spears personally touring with Iglesias during his appearance on TV show Good Morning America. Currently, a divergence of information like this is rare in campaigns for CDs, movies, TV shows and other entertainment products, since they are highly structured and planned in advance. The press did not discard the possibility that Enrique had canceled last minute her participation on the tour since most of the audience understood that he only opened the show to Britney, and there would be a major attraction of the same size.

Fans await a statement from Spears's camp, since the tour was originally formalized by herself.
