Britney Spears overtook famous Asian groups, such as Girls Generation, 2NE1, T-ara, and several other Korean celebrities like Kim Yuna, in a traditional survey of the artists most desired by their husbands in South Korea.

According to the survey, Spears received 6450 votes (43%). Following the Girls Generation, who received 26%, and Kim Yuna with 13% of the votes. Rihanna, the American singer best placed, behind only Britney, received 1.25% of votes.
The person responsible for research, Kim Moon-Há, said the men in the study had seen pictures of Britney without makeup on the internet, and said many to chose rightfully so.
