In October last year, the show's Femme Fatale Tour in Birmingham, United Kingdom, Britney Spears received a visit from a very special fan in your Meet & Greet: Angela Bethany Polanco, a girl with cancer.
"Happy happy birthday to one very special girl, @angelbethanyp. Stay strong, u are in my prayers! Xxoo", wrote the singer.
Parents answered a fan's message: "Britney and Jason Trawick, thanks! Bethany is very, very happy, you made her day."
Bethany even took a picture special thanks to the kindness of Britney.
