Fernando Flores to give back controversial statements about Britney!

Britney and their managers may have solved a case pending with the former bodyguard, Fernando Flores, but this did not prevent continued defamatory comments.

Flores presented a recorded statement to the court, where he states under oath that Britney's father Jamie, who is responsible for overseeing occasionally prevented Jason Trawick to see his girlfriend.

"Occasionally, when Mrs. Spears and her boyfriend fought, Jamie told me: 'He is not allowed to come to the house' or 'He is not allowed to be near her children'", testified under oath.

Last week, Britney was on a private mediator and discussed an agreement to close the case of Flores, told Radar Online and TMZ.

In court papers, the former bodyguard says he witnessed violent fights between Britney and Jason in which she screamed: "Will you pick up", and "Get out of my house!"

Although the terms of the agreement between Britney and Flores are confidential, the interrogation is not.

Under questioning, Flores recalled that once saw Britney and her boyfriend having sex, and she tried to seduce him, behind the back of Jason.

In one example, Flores said he was called to Britney's room and heard her speak of. "So I went and I was looking to see where she was, and when I went down the hall, looked left and she was standing in the room next to the couch and was completely naked", he said, during the examination.

"She said nothing. She kind of looked at me and did something like: 'Oh' and 'Oops' and' What am I doing? 'I replied,' You need anything? 'She said,' Give me two bottles of 7 Up 'I turned to leave and she murmured:' What's taking you're gay?'"

On another occasion, according to Flores, Britney asked him to go to your room and turn on the fireplace. "She told me to wait 15 minutes and then knock on the door of his room. And that's what I did", he said. "She was wearing a transparent gown. I asked her, 'What do you need me to do?' She said, 'Oh, you can light a fire." I was trying to ... When I looked at her, she dropped the his lighter and then leaned forward and looked back (for me)."

During the deposition, when asked what he thought of Britney as a whole, Flores said, "It was crazy. Just outside of reality. She was there but was not there."

He added: "Even when I worked as a police officer and I dealt with people who were homeless, I never dealt with someone of this nature, of this caliber."

Last year, Britney's team responded to the accusations of sexual harassment as "another unfortunate situation where someone was trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself."
