Britney Spears lost a case in which he was accused of breaking a commercial agreement with a cosmetics company, with whom he had signed a contract.
According to the tabloid TMZ, Britney was processed by Brand Sense Partners, responsible for binding between the singer and the brand Elizabeth Arden for the manufacture of fragrance Radiance.
The contract provided that the company should get 35% of profits from this product, but according to the legal term, however, Britney signed a new contract with Elizabeth Arden, removing the Brand Sense of the business.
In the lawsuit, filed in mid last year, the company claims to have invested millions and so asked about 10 million dollars for damages. However, the value that Britney will have to pay, in fact, during the year was not disclosed. Financial terms of the agreement are confidential.
