Britney Spears won Katy Perry for the title of E! Celebrity of the Year Online. Apparently, it was the last round, but was not. In fact, Britney went to the quarterfinals and now will play the title with other music artists and film, and Princess Kate Middleton.
The first four rounds is the new rapper Drake. Be sure to vote! Want a good reason? The winning artist will receive US$ 25,000 of the site to donate to a charity.
