Passing on the episode "Britney" in all media!

Besides having been a hit with the audience, the tribute to Britney Spears in Glee definitely caught the attention of the international press, but divided opinion.

While most agree that Glee gave a show of quality in remakes of songs and video clips of Spears for the series, some have pointed out that the writers could not fit perfectly the music in history - Glee hinted that he paused to pay tribute to Britney, but not as subtle as it should.

We selected a few reviews published during this Wednesday about the episode, check out the translation in full:

"Three cheers for the episode of Britney Spears! And a cheer for extra-high Brittany S. Pierce! I generally do not like the episodes with themes of Glee singers - the music often seems forced and the plot can divert and undermine the integrity of characters - and to be honest, I was particularly afraid of this, the first by any expectation, but perhaps also because I, like Mr. Schue be a little reserved with respect to the singer who inspired him. Britney Spears, bless her heart that God loves pizza sauce, satisfied in a way that before it included musical icons - Madonna, Lady Gaga - have failed, his music and personality helped advance the characters (maybe not so much the plot, but claim this seems silly) and reveal their lives and talents in ways we had not seen before. To paraphrase Kurt, it seems that Britney Spears has really helped the characters to flourish. Unlike other themes, this was not a little toxic. Oops, did it again. And they can hit us with these types of music selections throbbing again whenever they want. "

"It's the Britney / Brittany, bitch. Excuse the language, but for a television event so monumental it was necessary: Britney Spears finally collided and Glee! Just as dentists and sweaty asses! Only in glee! Yesterday's episode of Fox's recent hit was definitely one of the most anticipated, then it is natural that persists after a mild disappointment. Although there were definitely moments in essence jukebox Glee, parts of the episode seemed forced. In my mind, the best episodes of Glee occur when the music comes from history and nourishes the plot; today's seemed more like a songbook Britney Spears docked to force a pre-written script. "

"With his life seemingly on the rise in recent days, Britney Spears is on track to reclaim his throne as queen of pop - and Glee tribute to the star of last Tuesday certainly helped to solidify his position. The hit FOX's singing about an hour devoted to Spears this week, passing some of their greatest hits and containing several contributions to the singer, who appeared in several nitric oxide-fueled hallucinations.

- Huffington Post

"The episode of Britney Spears Glee based on the last Tuesday left one big question: who was better, Britney or Brittany? The episode begins with the club keen to perform songs from Britney Spears, but the sexy singer's songs are not appropriate for middle school. Herself Britney made several appearances, pretty much (as the characters mention more than once) and saying some great lines ("Ranch Dressing is delicious on pizza, you should try").

- FOX News

"The much anticipated and highly promoted episode based on yesterday's Glee Britney did justice to the eminent muse - not only by Miss. Spears in person (who made cameo), but also by its namesake, the delightfully silly cheerleader - and a member of the choir - Brittany S. Pierce, played to perfection by Heather Morris. Usually relegated to a secondary role and one or two jokes in a solid episode, Miss. Morris, a former dancer for Beyoncé, might occupy the central plane in the third episode, in which Miss. Spears and nitric oxide from a dentist to help you find another Brittany self-confidence as a performer, even if subtly (and sometimes a little too much). "

- The New York Times

"The long-awaited episode of Glee Britney finally arrived and we were surprised ...? It was definitely an unusual episode, but the same can be said of the person concerned. We were amazed by the dance and finally discovered what was always known - that little T-shirt underneath that caste cheerleader, Brittany was hiding an abdomen killing of envy. Maybe we should opt for a career as a dancer ... "
