The voice of Britney Spears may generate controversy for nearly 11 years, but for one of its producers no doubt: "It is one of those who erroneously claim can not sing."
Writer and composer, Steve Anderson has worked with Britney on her last album of new material, "Circus", collaborating with the track "Grow", which has not entered into the final list of songs in 2008: "It's a song about what she feels for her children, and I believe that after some problems they could not fit it on the album. " The band was unknown until this week when Steve spoke with MuuMuse site and took the opportunity to comment on the singer's voice.
In an interview, the producer told the story behind the band and said that Britney's voice surprised him, especially when singing a ballad, when the auto-tune is more expendable. "I love 'Grow'. It's wonderful. Lisa Green (co-wrote 'Breathe On Me') was in the studio with Spears in the U.S., where I also should be, but I ended up delaying the work on the Kylie tour. Well, one night she called me and spent the idea he had with Britney, wanting my help to produce the track. Then we work by phone and email, co-wrote a few days. It ended with Britney and Lisa recording sending me the files to mix . I must say that the vocals were amazing. Britney Spears has an incredible voice", he said.
The track forecast has not been released, "which is a shame", says producer. "I would love everyone to hear, but that does not fit me." Britney's new album, though, is expected for late 2010 or early next year.
