Confirmed?: The cover of Cosmopolitan magazine is a montage!

The cover of Britney for Cosmopolitan magazine remains the subject of contention among fans, excessive use of effects and even a possible assembly. And to understand better, see picture below published a page of celebrities.

 
In it we see another image of the photographic essay by Cliff Watts, nothing else seems to use his face on the cover. If this indeed is true or not, there's no proof, but Britney's face does not match the body, so the fans have full reason.
