Britney appears on the list and indicates the title of MTV
With the dawn of a new year, MTV UK decided to list the best music of 2009 and also to promote a vote to hold the greatest song that emerged in the decade.
Britney Spears appears in the list only once with the music video If U Seek Amy's 38th placing. As first placed there with Cheryl Cole Fight For This Love, followed by the Black Eyed Peas with Boom Boom Pow and Tinchy Stryder with Number 1.
