Britney thanks his father for saving his life!

According to the site RadarOnline, the triumphant return of Britney Spears to receiving the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award at the VMA's last Sunday had a special taste for the pop star, who thanked her father, Jamie Spears, for saving his life.

Jamie became the tutor of Britney for almost three years ago after a series of public humiliations committed by his daughter, who has since made a comeback in his life.
