Britney Spears is no stranger to the Video Music Awards. She has been nominated 28 times, won four awards and gave some of the most iconic performances of all time at the awards.
This year, the singer got two more nominations - one for Best Pop Video and Best Choreography for a hit with Till The World Ends -. MTV News went to Britney to give her the news, and she was really grateful for the nominations.
"My God, I feel completely flattered. This is amazing! Thank you for telling me. It's really cool!", Said Spears, who did not seem worried about competition, but grateful for the recognition. "I grew up watching MTV. It is such an iconic thing to be able to participate in the VMA. Even running for a prize is already so great and I feel honored. I'm excited!"
But do not think Spears has got used to all these nominations for the VMAs. "Oh no, you never get used to it", she said.
