Today Britney Spears kicks off the long awaited Femme Fatale Tour in the United States, specifically the city of Sacramento, ARCO Arena for 15 000 fans!
The pre-show with Nicki Minaj begins at 18 hours, while the big show begins there for 20 hours, local time.
