Barry Manilow sings about the pleasures and pitfalls of fame on 15 Minutes, his next album, which is inspired by the eternal princess of pop.
"The first thing we think about Britney Spears is the pursuit by the paparazzi", says Manilow to the L.A. Times on the design of the album. "It was a crazy chase.
