Britney is back in action
The pop star reveals the secrets of his tour - and she got this amazing body.

Sitting on a sofa in her cozy dressing room with scent of vanilla scented candles in the studio to Sony, where she has been preparing for its new North American tour, Britney Spears is ready to return to work. "I'm excited!" Said the singer, dressed in hooded top and swinging her ponytail. "We've worked hard, rehearsing five hours a day. And the costumes will arrive next week. This is the most exciting part, when all the pieces - the masterpiece - come together."

No wonder she's smiling: Log on tour is one of the things that Spears does best, and she has just released an album, Femme Fatale, which is already certified platinum and scored a #1 hit, Hold It Against Me. And Nicki Minaj, one of the hottest news of 2011 is his opening act. "I thought this whole thing of 'girl power' would be really cool," said the singer, 29, who still says that this tour (which begins on June 16 in Sacramento) will have 21 songs in the set list, including many of her old hits. "The fans definitely have a good show. Also, I think I'll have more fun with this tour."

"We remixed each issue of the show", said Spears. "I've been singing these songs for so long. I like to change everything, so the songs sound different."

"I shoot when my kids are in school. So when I'm home, I have all the free time for them."

In one photo, Spears, who appeared alongside one of 16 dancers from the show, eat fruits and "skinny shake" pancakes or oatmeal for breakfast every day.

One of the reasons behind his confidence: his new body defined. Coach Derek DeGrazio spends five mornings a week preparing meals and snacks before taking Britney to the intense routine 90-minute workout, combining various exercises for weight loss, muscle strengthening and physical conditioning. "I'm coaching her as an athlete because when she's on tour, she will perform as an athlete", said DeGrazio.

"You can see the definition in their muscles - arms, legs and abdomen", said DeGrazio about Spears, who has gone to sleep between 20h and 21h. "She's incredible."

"I run a lot on the treadmill, and I hate running - is torture to me", Spears says laughing (during a test on May 12 at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California). "But I feel good after running." The trainer DeGrazio, "The other day she asked to run more - and I thought, 'This really came out of his mouth?'"

While Spears keeps the calorie count by about 1,500 per day, DeGrazio has three fundamental rules for the pop star: "(1) Do not weigh yourself. (2) Do not call her diet diet."(" A diet is temporary - it's your lifestyle", he said). "And (3) do not even think about exercising on Sunday, it's your day to get away."

"I really needed the food, but there are days when I eat too much", she admits. His favorite gimmick: pepperoni pizza, pudding or red velvet cupcakes.

But his favorite treat is to take the children Preston, 5, Jayden, 4, to ride with her and Jason Trawick, 39, her boyfriend and agent for two years. "On the last tour, my kids were so excited about every show", she said. "You know, 'We go to the show's mommy? They loved it, though they are still confused - they'll say,' We'll see Britney Spears  It's like two different people. It's really funny." She also reveals that while they are characters, Preston is "a tad more gentle, very serious and united ", and Jayden "is more playful, always playing jokes and making us laugh."

Spears hopes to bring home another reminder of her - a purple velvet blanket that she has three years - at least if she can find it. "My niece tried to rob him", Spears said about the daughter of her sister Jamie Lynn, Maddie (2). "Actually I do not see this blanket for a long time, so maybe she's even stolen. She was wearing it while playing with my kids - she thought she was the queen."

But Britney's aunt who will be present for four weeks. "As you approach, I feel the anticipation", says Spears. "It's nice and fun."
