During the months of preparation for Spears, coach Derek DeGrazio appointed oq she can eat in your meals (such as cooked fish and broccoli) and snacks (like celery with almond butter) for six days a week.
Despite all the discipline, she has a rest. On Sunday, Spears said, is the day to "get out of the routine."
But certainly not that special day undermines their efforts. The exercises of Spears and her diet of 1,500 calories a day left in order to tour.
"You can see the definition in their muscles - arms, legs and abdomen", said DeGrazio. "She's incredible."
