Britney is processed into 10 million for breach of contract!

Britney is once again involved with the courts - now she is being sued by former business partners for breach of contract and fraud, reports the Web site Radar Online

The singer was surprised with a case worth $10 million on Wednesday (30), involving questions of her perfume Radiance and a multimillion-dollar agreement with the company Elizabeth Arden, worth 15 million dollars annually.

In the suit, filed in Superior Court in Los Angeles, Britney and her father Jamie Spears (legal guardian) are accused of being 'subservient and dishonest' in a plan to cut the Brand Sense Partners LLC a license agreement.

"Britney secretly made a deal with Elizabeth Arden in an attempt to evade and escape the obligations they had with Brand Sense", the lawsuit says. "Indeed, Spears, and improperly cut the Brand Sense of the agreement with Elizabeth Arden. Brand Sense accuses the singer of 'disinterest and evasive actions'."

Jamie, who remains the legal guardian of the singer, was allegedly caught while negotiating the secret agreement in favor of the singer. "Brand Sense has the contractual right to 35% commission on any perfume launched under the name Britney Spears by Elizabeth Arden," the lawsuit says. "But Mr Spears complained saying that the commission was too high and that Britney did not want to pay."

A tentative agreement was made, taking the rights to royalties directly to Britney. However, the deal fell through when the Elizabeth Arden sent a letter to Britney and Brand Sense, on February 16 this year, doing a modification that excluded the royalty rights of Radiance perfume. The agreement only served to encourage Spears, who according to the procedure are described as a 'fraudulent group'.

Spears released the Radiance, the 9th of her perfume collection in September last year. Brand Sense is now trying to reimbursement, as well as compensation and punitive damages.
