Summary discussion of the MTV on the new clip of Britney

As promised, the broadcaster MTV USA has promoted on its website a live debate on the new video for Britney Spears, Hold It Against Me - the proposal was even good, but in practice occurred and unexpected technical problems that interfered with the final result.

Before you even start, the debate has lost one of its participants: the choreographer Brian Friedman, who was widely criticized by Twitter regarding their work in the video, decided to cancel his appearance in the chat saying changes in plans with MTV, saying only that Femme Fatale is just beginning.

The debate began with Jim Cantiello reading some tweets from fans and commenting on the most striking scenes of the clip. Then the DJ Pauly D appeared via Skype to talk a little album of Femme Fatale. He said the CD will bring many tracks that will make instant success in clubs.

After a few more tweets, manager Larry Rudolph showed up to talk to fans (also via Skype). He explained that the stuntman was hired for the clip only used in the fight scene as it would be impossible to leave the scene without having a real person like the second singer. He tried to explain the concept of this fight saying it may be interpreted as to Britney fighting among themselves, a real war between the "public Britney" and "Britney private" - the two go hand in constant harmony, but there are times that conflict.

The manager made it clear that fans should watch the clip to interpret how they wish. Unfortunately, the participation of Larry was cut by a connection failure, and the debate ended shortly thereafter.

See some photos from the debate that lasted less than 1h:
