Britney Spears was processed by the Large Audience Display Systems, which says the original creator of large screens used in the circular tour of Circus since March.
The lawsuit was filed in Texas - and aims to prohibit that under will use the screens in the future without permission from the company.
Other artists like Justin Timberlake and The Pussycat Dolls, and the basketball team Los Angeles Lakers were also sued by the company.
